I mean it depends on what you are looking for from a skin. If you want the coolest one (in my opinion) its final boss. If you want the most competitive the omega squad is horrible for colorblind people to play against so you have an advantage in some games.
As a fan of the first NES Final Fantasy, definitely White Mage!

His default animations are nowhere close to this skin
Not even worth asking as a question because of final boss. Bad santa is really nice as well.
well superb villain has the hardest particles to see so it gives you the biggest advantage. but i dont play viegar so i cant really make a valid choice
