I understand you need to look into it, I'm not expecting you to magically fix it in five minutes, although that would be great if you could. But really, all I want to hear is this:
'We are aware of the problem and we are working on a solution.'
Can you please acknowledge that you know about the bug? It's really frustrating to not hear anything at all.

They don't care. They are actively ignoring these threads but are replying to other bugs. You can tell by red posts activity.
Edit for example. Karthus v/o bug was submitted 16 hours ago. Camera bug have been posted for 2 days now. Yet they reply to Karthus. Meaning they read the camera bug, ignored it, and went down the list. I may be ranting but it is ridiculous that they keep ignoring this the way they are.
