with hard CC, with things that allow ww to be viable in 2017 and not in 2010

but Malzahar mains get a rework that changes totally how the champ plays, and make the champ a support and not a mid laner

but that's none of my business

it made malzahar so busted he doesn't need gold to be bullshit and goes support*

How did it change how he played? His skills are almost exactly the same there are just number changes. Literally everything he had pre rework is on his current kit they just nerfed him because he was too strong.

I wouldn't say it totally changed how Malz played, the nerfs just pushed him out.

At least Malz kept everything fun about him while removing the outdated stuff.

Rengar got all the fun taken out of playing him and is somehow even more broken than before.

But don't worry he'll be nerfed into unplayability in a few patches :^) see ya soon Vlad mains.

This sounds like the stupid Cass rework identity crisis that makes no sense.

Cass was a machine gun spamming E back then. Malz still did the same thing except his voidlings don't seem useless outside of lane anymore.

They didn't "make him a support". His ult is just good bot lane because its point and click hard CC. And his damage numbers are high enough that he can function on a support budget.
