The Rise of Viktor

Due to the removal of DFG, I believe a couple of things will happen. This is funny enough a huge buff to most mages, mages like Viktor. The item DFG was used only by viktors counters such as LB, Syndra and Veigar. But this isn't all. After his rework I believe he is incredibly strong already. Not to mention, riot is adding a new needlessly large rod item, one that more than likely, viktor can use. Put all this together and I believe the glorious evolution is surely at hand.
