How to fix dynamic queue matchmaking

I put on my armor and assemble my comrads. I don't do this to go be cute for the rookies and give them something to pinup on their bedroom wall. I do this because serious fucking business. If I am diamond V and my teammate is bronze then we should get matched against diamond IVs who have been losing too many matches this season.

Johnny is gold Jimmy is bronze

Johnny teams up with Jimmy but this is duo mode, this is serious fucking business. This is serious ranked fucking business. Johnny's level should determine who they get matched against and then it should be those above johnny's level who couldn't pull their weight, namely boosted animals and teams with boosted animals that are dragging them down.

If Johnny wins Jimmy should get more LP than Johnny and maybe get boosted to the next level If Johnny loses Johnny should lose more LP then Jimmy and should not be immune to losing his rank and dropping down to silver or bronze

This is because ranked teamplay is serious fucking business and if Johnny wants to risk boosting someone then it should be a serious fucking risk for serious fucking business.
