New Advanced Ping idea for League. (Shotcalling Ping) [posted on reddit first by same user]

Hello summoners!

Let me first start off by saying that I don't know what you'd consider this when it comes to the league boards. There are no "idea's" section for anything, but I think that gameplay fits this nicely.

That being said, lets get into this. So my idea, which I'm sure has been talked about at one point or another, is the idea of a "shotcalling ping". What i mean by this is a ping who's soul purpose is for shotcalling and strategy. (My reddit post puts it nicely), Basically what this will allow you to do is ping objectives you want to take in sequential order, Or, ping to gain vision of an area. For example, you win a teamfight, and you want to take say enemy red buff then baron. so you use this ping to left click on red buff then baron. The chat will then display something like:

"MrKatanaNinja wants to take enemy <insert little emoji image of brambleback> and then take <insert little emoji image of baron>".

This will allow the messages to remain short but understandable across languages (really good for europe). Something else I had in mind was to use the new emotes as ways of responding to this. For example, I ping red then baron like before, then say my midlaner uses his thumbs down emote. In chat, this will then say: "<Midlaner> disagrees <insert thumbs down emote>." (or the same thing with the thumbs up)

This insures everyone is on the same page and allows for a higher level of strategical communication between players not using voice coms.

heres my idea on the layout of the ping. Press and hold a ping caller (something like k): Left click adds item to the list of queue items, right click removes them, and pressing both will do a "gain vision" ping. release ping caller button and it displays what you said.

another example: press k, left click mid tower, L and R click baron, L click baron. This translates to:

"MrKatanaNinja wants to get Mid <insert image of tower> then gain vision around <Insert image of baron>, then get <insert image of baron>."

this can be smarter too with so many commands, but this is meant to be a quick way for everyone to understand your plan then agree and disagree.
