She won't even really profit of the spellthief buff that I would call meager because procing Spellthief Is far from her struggle.
When lulu AA's,she's going for damage,Spellthief Isin't the main reason.Lulu Is way more good when played aggressively.
The problem being that If you buff her support early presence, she's going to be more of a monster In other lanes.
I suck at finding Ideas,but I think I can judge this Lulu buff to simply be Meh.

Pluss why should supports only go support? People take lux as a support what did they do? Buff her to keep her from supporting.. but did that stop people? NO it made people wanna support as her more..
WHy do only supports get nerfed when they leave their lane? I think it's a little unfair.
I think every champions should be able to go at least 2 different roles..

Pluss poke supports like Lulu, Sona, Karma need buffs because all the tanky harass supports are just too strong anymore... FOR ANYTHING... we need supports that can shut them down..
