From a player that has smurfed.

While i was leveling pre level 30, it seemed most people that i, and other actual new players were playing with were smurfs as well. When you go into make a league account it asks about your MOBA experience, and i would assume that clicking expert would match me with nothing but smurfs which is what i preferred, but there are alot of people that i was still being matched with that must have been cocky or something and clicked that expert button without having experience, and thus their leveling is hell because of it.

Im not sure if this "quiz" has an actual impact on who you play with, but if it does i dont think its fair to match me with players who are obviously bad because they are learning the game. Riot supposedly allows smurf accounts, but since they do their should be a big option that splits all of the players matchmaking in half, and that option should be "DO YOU HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH LEAGUE OF LEGENDS?" Doing this would split up the smurf from the new players and allow them to stand a chance instead of being completely stomped when they play.
