Change crit-chance to a stacking buff that crits at 100 stacks to eliminate rng
So first: Hello everyone!
Ever had the situation where 2 ADCs fought each other, both with 50% crit chance and one was victorious because he got 3 crits straight while the other one got not a single one? I personally hate this type of rng because you can't plan accordingly to that (unlike for example the dragons where you can alternate the strategy up to 7(?) minutes before the dragon spawns).
So, why not make crit chance a stacking buff that let's you crit when you reach 100?
Example: When you have 50 crit you are guaranteed to crit every other AA instead of roughly every other AA, where you can sometimes get 3 AA without a crit or have 2 crits consecutively.
When you have 70crit, then the buff would be as follows: AA(70st.) -> AA-Crit(40st.) -> AA-Crit(10st.) -> AA(80st.) and so on. So when you have more crit than you would need to get to 100 with the next AA, you would crit and get the remaining stacks you would have above 100.
If I'm not missing something, that would erease the rng on crits without changing anything on the current power level of crit-champs or items.
