Questions about one of the Jungle Changes. (Gromp/Krugs Spawn Timers)

Hi, I'm a Gold rank Jungle main. After reviewing and testing all of the Jungle Changes I will say that for the most part I can Accept the changes (even though some are weird). However there is one change I don't agree with at all and that is the side camps having a 15 second delay on their spawn times. This hurts some jungles by changing their clear to different routes they would not normally take. Also this narrows jungle clears to the point where anyone can counter jungle with ease (and little to no experience) because everyone will be able to track the enemy jungles first clear. Jungles like Master Yi, Shyvana, Nocturne, Fiddlesticks, Warwick, (these jungles already have below an average 50% win rate) and any other jungle that more or less needs to be level 6 to have an effective gank are greatly hurt by the side camps spawning late and here is why: The best clear for the jungles I listed utilize a level 5 clear which involved clearing all the small camps and leaving the buffs, backing then doing a full second clear; this made them level 5 the fastest they could have getting them to level six as fast as possible to help their team. Now that the side camps have a delay in their spawn this clear is no longer possible unless you wait 15 seconds (giving the other jungle a head start which could already be an early game jungle) or start at Wolves/Raptors then going to Gromp/Krugs (which also wastes time because you have to walk back the direction you came from to clear the other side; giving the enemy jungle a faster clear than yours). So my questions are: Why do the side camps (Gromp/Krugs) now have a 15 second delay? Is it a valid reason worth doing even though it hurts the jungles I listed above? Are there any plans to compensate for the jungles listed above since this impacts them in a negative way despite the fact that they already have below an average 50% win rate? (on top of some of the other changes also hurting them as well for example Master Yi has a way more difficult time clearing raptors now.) I can accept almost all of the changes regardless of me being happy or upset at them (after all the jungle is my home) but this change I can not agree to at all (I'd like to end it here considering this message is long however, if you need any more valid reasons feel free to ask I have much more). Feel free to try and answer my questions or voice your own opinions on the subject.
