We need 10 minute forfeit vote

I forget which season 15 min unanimous ff vote was added, I think 7 or 8. I remember lots of people and Riot saying this wouldn't happen, and combatting it because, "there's always a chance to comeback!!1!" Well they were wrong and Riot added it based on the game state.

Well, this season has definitely increased comeback mechanics, and if I was playing ranked, I wouldn't ff much anymore. It seems like baron has become a MASSIVE equalizer and a team with a huge gold deficit can reliably turn and win games off barons.

So at least in norms, we need 10 minute unanimous forfeit or at least a 15 minute 4 person forfeit. Even if comebacks are more regular now, this game just becomes completely unfun once one team starts getting ahead (usually scores like 4-1, 7-2). From that point on it's just one team abusing the other with their snowball stats and one-shots. And it's not fun getting shat on until they eventually try to baron and you can possibly steal.

TL;DR: Great job adding the comeback mechanics, games where you are snowballed on definitely don't feel as hopeless as season 8. But because of how unhinged snowballing has become over the past 3 or so seasons, even if you can eventually come back to win, the path there is horribly unfun and i'd rather move on to a new game then get slaughtered for 25 minutes until I get one chance to maybe win.
