Feint

ACTIVE: Shen gains a shield that absorbs a certain amount of damage. The shield dissipates after 3 seconds if not already destroyed. SHIELD: 60 / 100 / 140 / 180 / 220 (+ 5% of total HP) instead of AP While the shield persists, Shen's basic attacks reduce the cooldown of Ki Strike.png Ki Strike by an additional 1 second (2 seconds total).

Shadow Dash ACTIVE: Shen dashes along target line, dealing magic damage to enemy champions he contacts and Taunt icon taunting them for 1.5 seconds. While taunted, enemies are forced to attack Shen and their basic attacks deal half damage. Shen gains 40 ENERGY for each enemy champion he contacts. After the taunt wears off a 20% slow is added to the target champion. ( OR Shen gains a 30% Movespeed buff for 3 seconds after taunting a target.) MAGIC DAMAGE: 50 / 85 / 120 / 155 / 190 (+ 50% AP)

Stand United ACTIVE: Target allied champion gains a shield that absorbs a certain amount of damage. The shield dissipates after 5 seconds if not already destroyed. After 3 seconds of channeling, Shen teleports to the allied champion giving them and him a 3 second speed boost of 40% that diminishes over time. ** ** Of course all of these buffs combined may be way to much of a buff. But just some suggestions to make him stronger. My favourite is the %health scaling on his Feint since I don't know why people would build AP on Shen if playing seriously.

Edit: Also his taunt has a COOLDOWN: 16 / 14 / 12 / 10 / 8. What I suggest than landing taunt reduces his CD by 1 second for taunt.

AP mid Shen can be pretty fun.

Anyways, I like the health scaling on feint, would be good on the ult as well. But Shen doesn't really need movement speed. If he chases away the enemy in lane, it's a success, and if he can hold the enemy in place for his team to get the kill, it's a success. I suppose chasing them down could help with that, but it seems out of place on him. He's a tank. My favorite tank. As far as that, he's pretty much fine where he is. But yes, HP scaling shields please.

Tanks like Nautilus, Volibear and Sion all have chase down and mobility. Why not Shen too? Tanks can have chasing potential.

Volibear, Sion, and Nautilus are there for kill potential. Shen isn't. He's there to protect the team, split push when needed and quickly turn the odds in a team fight when the chance comes up, and hold the enemy top laner in place so that he doesn't lose the tower while trying to deny CS. He's a non-aggressive tank that isn't common in LoL and it's a role he fills well. Just personal opinion: Chasing isn't Shen's thing.
