Why do they nerf champs who are already weak?
For example Ornn had less than 50% win rate and they nerfed him hard core you can see the result - he is trash now. I just given one example but this happens many times from my observation.

) are actually pretty damn strong even when they sport a <50% winrate, often due to their mechanical complexity and overall domination when used correctly. Ornn has one of the best teamfighting ultimates in the game and is still a pretty strong laner for a tank. Most champions who require -some- level of coordination often sport a lower winrate since they're dependant on their team knowing how to play around their tools to be successful.
