Imo, it was all of you, including the lucian jungle. Lucian Jungle pretty much wasn't present in lanes, one of a jungler's core responsibilities. At the same time, Zoe didn't know how to cs, and Nasus went wrong runes, Jhin rushed boots over a complete item, and Rakan obviously didn't know Rakan.

An oppressive jungler like Xin or Lee, or Kha would have scored far better, and possibly carried one of the bad laners back into making the game salvagable. The Lucian choice gave them a damage dealer, but more immobile than most, not a strong early drake taker, and no real cc on ganks. Easy to avoid ganks.
