Rather then nerfing all AD carries Riot is buffing LUCIAN

They should just nerf the itemization, not the champions themselves (with a few exceptions obviously )

also lucian is more of a midlaner than an adc. same with miss fortune, except her poke is much higher and her low ass mobility prompts her to stay where she is, coupled with the lower health.

There were 17 ADC's played since the last time they updated their database (platinum 5 and higher), Lucian has the 17th lowest win rate -- DEAD LAST. He's also one the most killed ADC's, has low assist rates, takes a lot of damage, and his play rate is falling every single patch. I'm pretty sure Riot is making a good move when they decided to give him some attention.

ARe you guys stupid? He literally ahs a 44% win rate or lower anywhere. he needs a damn buff. Stop with the stupidity already.
