Fizz changes

I really like the pbe changes on fizz where he becomes more reliant on his ult to do damage instead of his previous wq insta burst play style. Apparently he's becoming more like zed? I still think his trolpole needs a cool down nerf bringing it up to around 10-11 seconds at max level. Honestly I was salty they were nerfing my favorite assassin(I'm pretty sure attack speed isnt the only thing zeds gonna get nerfed) but since riot seems to be nerfing assassins across the board including akali I'm ok with it now.
