Yasuo line Q vs E q

Deliberate Inter··1 votes·992 views

I think that yasuos E damage is SOO low that it should cast Q automatically and that is hould consume the knockup but not charge the knockup (No tornado every 3 casts that would be silly) and that would help him a lot n he needs it cuz I always see yasuo go on the darius but LOSE

That's probably because the Yasuo tries to still go for a Zeal item and outright fight him instead of rushing BotRK. The E damage used to be higher, and it was leveled first to bully. Having it cast Q automatically can just as much make it unintuitive for the player as it can opposing enemies that are not well equipped to fight a decent Yasuo.

Nah but i saw ie pd shyv yasuo lose to just bc darius and I realize that yasuo kit need more dmg if i do say so mucelf

None of those items were BotRK. Darius is a very stat check champion, and he has heavy base stats. Yasuo has tools so that he does not have to stat check. Certainly can, but has multiple options not to. Your trades with BotRK can whittle Darius down, and the active allows for window dueling that Darius cannot deal with if there is no flash available. At full items, Yasuo can stat check Darius in many cases, however before then -- not too many.

People fail to realize Yasuos base stats are actually relatively garbage to make up for him having all of these simple but effective tools in his kit. That's not to say they don't realize his kit feels overbearing, just that there's this misconception that his stats and his kit make him frustrating, when it's really just his kit.

3 item vs th 1 item?

Shiv was a redundant buy that adds almost no stats to Yasuo alongside PD, they were bad for building it already -- if that speaks to how they play Yasuo, then I have nothing more to say for them. PD adds decent dueling to match Darius base stat dueling, and IE is to Darius BC, except Darius has a passive to maximize. So yes, if you're just bashing on eachother like orcs, Yasuo loses. Now if that Shiv was a Executioner Calling, or a BT, or a Thornmail -- then there's an argument. Especially if Yasuo didn't pick up Tabi and went for Greaves, then of course you lost.

An equivalent is Shaco. You can have 3 items to their 1.5, but most champions can just slap him around in a straight 1v1. He has to actually use his abilities in the way they were designed for, not throwing them at the enemy and hoping your items are better than their items.

but they were 2 items up with a 117 cs lead in only 14 minutes

1 item up. Shiv can't even constitute as an item in his build. And if Darius had Tabi, even less so.

Did you know a Sion with Bramble Vest and Tabi can usually outdamage and full tank a IE ad PD item Yasuo when just hitting eachother?

Yasuo can still kill him however.

The game has champion kits for a reason. It's not stat check central.

No 2 items up, and yas had tabi but darius no boots at all.

I don't know how to make this simpler.

Yasuo has mobility. Mobility comes with the potential of outplays. Outplays are more facilitated the more you are able to do them. You are able to do them if you have the health and medium damage to do so.

Darius sits as a juggernaut who dunks melees that want to punch his armored chest for some reason. Yasuo, can in fact punch his chest when he wants and get out so that Darius passive, which when max stacks becomes a full item meant to counter tanks and melees, cannot be abused, and can make trades as the Yasuo wishes instead of as the Darius wishes.

If you believe your items always make up for your champions abilities, then you are going to have a bad time. Items are there to facilitate your abilities and playstyle. Not me big number, me smash. Although granted, some champions can do that if you let them.

Let's take another one. I can be Jhin. I can have 2 items up on Camille or Vi. She will still retain a possibility to kill me. Does that mean I am not useful? No, I can murder their team under the right conditions, and many other champions in the game with ease. But a champion who abuses their kit can abuse another, especially if they build to do it.

You don't make something simpiler, you're missing the potni that 3 items > 1 and that yauos need a little love to be normal like other tosp

Maybe because Darius hard counters Yasuo early on.

His E isn't supposed to deal damage, it's a mobility tool.

Deliberate Inter1 votes

Well would u rather just make his Q do way more damage with no tradeoff? not th ebest. better is to make E cast Q like it nromally does but without thecooldown so yasuo can Q way more often but has to get more out of E so there PRESSURE to PERFORM

having Q cast automatically is a nerf as much a buff. heres why yasuos EQ somewhat stuns yasuo in spin animation but using a E animation allows more recovery chances. theres good and evil inside the change if you want it to happen.

but a good change

xDogMeatx1 votes

it depends on how you look at it personally its more of a gameplay change (targets champ= eq) it doesnt allow yasuo any escape outside of lane. but i see the reason in it.

at tbe same time KATANER is a slash weapon not so much a thrust so more swings would be ogod
