New account Urf Queue times are insane

Im leveling up a new account by playing Urf because I find its the most enjoyable way, but the queue times are insanely long. My account is level 13 and no matter what time of day I try to get into a game my queue times are at least 5 minutes. There is no way that little people are playing Urf, wtf is going on man.
