Why flamers or selfdefenders who are flamed by whole team are more often banned than trolls in team.

I just get 2 week ban, because of flame. 2 games chat reports were from the games which I was playing 1 month ago or even further and one from the today's game.

In the past 2 games I had a bad game, but in one game my teammates weren't that much better than me, BUT they were flaming 2 against one so I was arguing with them, of course I just didn't even report them, I thought myself for what LMao it's only a game. Second game I was playing really bad, but I was nice to everyone and I was asking nicely for a gank a jungler to a 20 minute, because I was destroyed by enemy from the start by a gank. My whole team were flaming me almost from the start and I still didn't get help so I finally exploded, and said few words, it counted to report, well I don't mind being douchebag to douchebag.

Now I wasn't playing a month, played 2 games today. In the first one, my team just again lost solo lanes, I wasn't even flaming, team were chilled except one guy but nevermind, we lost the game. Here comes the second game, I was playing jungle, In enemy team, they didn't have a jungler, mf went double top with jax. Do you know what happend ? EVERY SINGLE LANE lost without enemy jungler help, even when I was ganking a lot, they were still weaker than enemy, and the funniest thing is they were blaming me, because I have a free jungle, I exploded out of rage, yeah that was reportable, but I think myself, why D4 are so bad, they can't even just farm or be 0/0/0 vs solo lane like wtf actually happend, what is this elo, players in gold are actually playing better than them.

Here comes the question, why did I not get banned for playing bad, trolling, griefing if I had really bad games, but just for a chat when the whole team was cancerous against me and was flaming also.

I get that if i will go 5 games 0/13 on invisible griefing, and mute everyone , nothing will happen to me right, because literally reports for griefing, giving up trolling don't do anything, and they are maybe even checked on chat system. The only reports that work except chat rage, troll, are afk/ leave ones, and that's all.

In the future if I get banned for " Comms below the standards of LoL Community" I would like to see All chat logs from the game not only my but also the ones of a team, because most of them ARE below standards, but it's me who get crucified by whole team, whenever I have a bad game and they just flame me and my family to get cancer, I can't say a word. It's like bullying a kid in the school, but teacher( riot ) who should give u a helping hand instead is kicking you in the face and says gtfo from the school.

Conclusion: If u have a terrible game, mute everyone else or just don't say anything, u have no rights to argue, and defend yourself if your lane loosing wasn't only your fault, don't even say a single word. If someone wishes your family a cancer if you are loosing the lane, it's you who will be reported by minority, for afk ,griefing and flaming, but these first 2 won't even count, the system will check your chat and if u were using bad words into the air (because no one except "you" used them lmao, this system is perfection), you will get punishment.

Upgrade report system, because right now all the options except afk/dc and chat should be deleted, they are useless.
