Possible fix for people that have been having FPS drops recently (Windows 10)

I like many of you have been getting FPS drops during things like team fights. What I did to fix this was update my windows version. Although it didn't boost overall fps much, it did help stop fps drops during team fights. Ill provide website on which you can check if you are on the most recent update:
