I can't seem to poke him because of his dash, and I can't trade with him because of his passive. Maybe I'm supposed to bait out his dash? But I'm not sure how I would go about doing that.
I mostly tried to pick mage supports/enchanters to deal with him, but maybe I need to pick a tank support? Please share some tips.
Not get shot
Ban him or queue up as bot carry and pick two mages with your support; then you just zone him all game because its legitimately the most oppressive thing ever.
You don't fight him at all until you get 100% crit (if youre adc), I got flamed by my team because I "couldn't 1v1 him" at mid game when he bursted me even though he wasn't even fed, my team was even telling me I should be fighting him as 
, like seriously guys stop Lucian favors the early - mid game meta rn, he has the burst , hes not reliant on crit.
Pick Braum.
Call the cops.
They will arrest him for loitering.
