Champions rotate in and out of being meta. I will agree Kindred has been an extremely weak pick for quite some time now, but you cannot report someone for simply picking a champion with a low win rate.

Either dodge and sacrifice the 3LP or shush and deal with it.

Never won.... without the other, I get your point, there was a time where kindred mains just straight up stopped playing kindred, but report worthy, ehhh doesn't cut it.
