Is Singed Kit Still Actually Viable?

Any champion is viable as long as you contribute to your team in a well put manor.

Singed's kit is so simple and scummy that he can't be allowed to be stronger than he already is.

It's actually funny all singed got were buffs and he's still falling out of the game. They should just rework him and have his poison trail lowered to 2 seconds however it also has a 200 radius AoE around him along with some other stuff

The whole point of Singed to begin with was to proxy the enemy top laner, screw them if they have bad wave clear so minions kill their tower slowly or the top laner has to chase singed. Then singed runs away. If the jungler helps top, Singed's jungler takes dragon. It's overall a mean play style but it works against crappy wave clear champions rather well. If he stays in lane he is still stupid annoying.
