Whats the best Teemo build right now?

Hybrid On-Hit - etc.

What do you think? Personally, I've been leaning toward On-hit.

I don't think gunblade is really that worth. You can throw in a item 3151 and you'll get shroom power while getting also strong burst, because flat pen is so good against squishy champions. So you can go for a burst/shroom build

item 3020 item 3151 item 3285 item 3135 and then you choose 2 among the items item 3157 (for the active tbh, not really the stats) item 3001 item 3089 item 3100 item 3165 item 3174 . Rabadon's isn't the greatest since Teemo's ratios are slightly lower than usual ap casters, he works great with pen though. item 3115 is also a choice, for CDR and a bunch of autoattack power. Won't make you deal the sustain damage of a lategame ADC for sure though, you're more about burst/map control than raw dps.

Now for on-hit/hybrid I don't know about Rageblade. Yes it's good, but on a ranged champion it takes a lot of time to stack up. Even nerfed, you can consider item 3153 for a bit of sustain/ real physical damage threat making it hard to build against. Ofc, that build kinda falls off so you usually end up building bruisery afterwhile. ( item 3020 item 3022 item 3151 item 3143 item 3091 is an example )

I like a combination of on hit and pen. I usually start item 3115 item 3151 item 3020 item 3157 (boots change depending on each game) and my last two depends on what I feel like/the enemy team comp/how I'm doing. I try to go for item 3124 item 3026 but might get like a Void Staff or a burst item if I need it.

I play Teemo the Hidden Tank. Get a Liandries then build hybrid ap/tank items like Abyssal and Zhonyas, and tank items.

Don't forget to get deathfire touch so that your shrooms have an 81% ap ratio.

just an update.

went 5-1 with teemo this weekend, with a combined 39-5-18 KDA.

item 2033 + summoner 14 + Teemo + thunderloards seems too strong for anyone to deal with. 5 of my games the top laner left and didnt come back or tried to swap.

used 0-18-12 masteries. attack speed reds, armor yellow, 6x cdr blues, 3x ap blues, ap quints

my preferred build was item 2033 item 3022 item 1310 item 3091 item 3151 and the game was usually over by then

I think with the new Oracle his shrooms are really bad and going for a shroom build is not worth it anymore against a team that has some idea of what they're doing.

I think atk spd/on hit Teemo is the best.

I never did burst, mind giving me the whole build?

I usually tend to build a lot of penetration. So when tank step over my shrooms.. they feel the burn..
