Why dont we just get rid of Devourer?

This is coming from someone with Warwick and Udyr as my most played champs. Why dont we just get rid of devourer? It causes so many balance issues and is very "un-fun" to play against for so many people. Soloq will never be coordinated enough to play against carry devourer junglers. Now with rageblade, some of these champs are a nightmare. so these are the popular devourer junglers: Jax MasterYi Shyvana Warwick XinZhao

Shyvana doesnt use rageblade is still a monster and Warwick is just bad atm. (rip ww, you the true OG)

XinZhao MasterYi Jax use the item 3931 item 3124 combo... thats 4 out of 130 champs. Why are we allowing so much misery for such a small number of champs? why go through all the effort of nerfing and buffing and nerfing and buffing something that affects so few champions?

what reasons are there to keep devourer?

This is the most talked about item I keep seeing. Must hate it. Solution? Get rid of all items. Let the champs fight raw as there nerfed selves. Be more fun and less crying. Or deal with it. Buy armor or ban them. The items isn't the issue it is how good is that player with that champ. I seen good and a lot if bad.
