I'm confused
What change exactly made graves the most overpowered champion in the game again? The buffs in the last patches seem to be way too minor, so I'm wondering what made that happen?

Somebody needs to make a fan skin for graves where his gun is a cigar, and all of his abilities/AA’s are based on cigars.
nm10102 votesThe same thing that happens with most "weak" champions. He got a small buff that made high level players play him again, after they decided they liked him the swarm of sheeple followed.
