found this "gem" (because taric is on screen) and thought i should share it. i just wonder why she was able to do that since it only blocks magic dmg... and there arent a lot of spells you can use on towers that deal magic dmg. which is the reason why it got removed i think

Morganna was never able to shield turrets.
The screen you're showing is not Black Shield, it's a summoner spell called "Fortify". What that summoner spell did was make all of your turrets invulnerable for ~7 seconds and granted them an AoE attack.
Spell was pretty interesting: but also really annoying to fight against, as it really slowed down games and it was so powerful whoever had more Fortifies usually won.
