How League of Legends has evolved thanks to the Poro-scene!

I'm here to talk a bit about how the game is played around the pro-scene (just Poro for the title!)
So, when Kalista was released it was alot of doubt on wether or not she'd be played in the LCS. Alot of people thought no, and many arguments included the following:
- Her hop was short
- Damage on E lackluster
- W does nothing
- Ulti not being good
And now, we've seen her played in LCS. People are now crying over her % health damage on W (wich you max last so the 20% comes pretty late) how her ulti is safe, how her E is OP and makes Baron/Dragon super easy for her team. And also, her E takes alot of time to stack up for that damage, so bad control allows it, not some "OP-ness".
Back in season 3 I picked Shyvana and Mundo top, because they were super fun! And I was reported and flamed for picking them. Then came LCS and BOOM, flavor of the month champs you got reported for NOT picking.
The LCS forms a meta people don't really want. Lissandra has become pretty strong, we've seen Ahri and Zed alot mid, and Lee Sin/Jarvan IV dominate the jungle. People aare afraid to pick comfort picks because people copy the LCS.
I played Maokai top before it was in LCS, I played alot before it came to the LCS. Now I need to play anything BUT the LCS-champs because all I get is "You only played it because LCS and you're a fgot copycat". NO! This needs to stop.
I love that the game is evolving, that we see new things in the LCS wether it works or not. But people need to stop following them like sheep. If someone wins with something in LCS, regardless if it was a team-effort and not the champ itself, players copy it. They think it's borderline broken because it's picked in the LCS.
What do I want to say with this post? DON'T COPY THE LCS! Play what you're comfortable with! I've won with Teemo mid, Tristana top, Twitch jungle, some crazy stuff. It's not about what the pro's play, it's how you execute your champions. I love Udyr and Nasus, I think they're hilarious! And as long as they're not played in the LCS I can take being called a Trick2G/SirhcEz-fanboy, because they gave me advice. I don't copy them, I do my own thing with them.
The game should not be centered around picks/bans in LCS, but what you like. Remember guys, it's just a game and it's meant for fun. Play your champions, the ones you find funny! Don't copy the pro's and think you'll get somewere purely by copycating, it's OK to pick Varus ADC and Naut support! Have FUN!
TL;DR - I think the pro scene negatively impacts the game because people can't play their own thing and improvise without being flamed/griefed because they don't copy LCS. Use your imagination and do whatever you feel is strong as long as you do your best!
