What is the best Riven and Irelia buid?

Im looking for the best Riven build with 45 percent cdr. Im also looking for an irelia build that is good for one shotting squishies. Should i get bork or guinsoos on Irelia for burst? Should i get more than tri force and bork/guinsoos? Could i get infinity edge for more burst? Should i go full damage if im snowballing?

item 3158 item 3074 item 3036 item 3071 item 3142 item 3156 This is a normal build that i use, the problem is if you want to have 45% cdd you need to get it from your runes or another item and if you you get it from an item you will waste 5% because most or all ad items give 10 or 20% but if you really want that 45% i recommend replace maw with item 3812 for more life steal or item 3508 this is if you're a head the mana is useless but the crit will allow to erase people.

If you have Ionian's, Black Cleaver, and Youmuu's that is 40% CDR. With the intelligence mastery (which many Rivens, if not most take), that's 45% CDR.

You don't need any in your runes.

I just realized how bad i am i thought that mastery only increased your max cd i didn't even realize it gave you more
