Admiting to INTING

I've got the plague of feeders. Mind you i'm in bronze, but ive been climbing a bit and having a much better win rate constantly looking at the mini map is where most of my success is coming i think. So now i have that skill i warn my bot lane every single time my mid laner has left as ive warded know where hes going and such also see their jungle headed bot. when i ping for the missing my bot lane steps up right to the middle of the lane. theyre both 0-3 in the first 6 or 8 min. Then the beautiful sole says ok guys sorry youre not going to win im inting. HOW DOES THIS GO UNPUNISHED!????? i failed to get a screen shot of it to send a ticket. But in all my RANKED games today. i havent had at least one if not 3 of my team members die more than 10 times in a 30 minute game.. Riot needs to put feeders with feeders even if its bronze. The match making in this game is absolute trash the worst ever and they dont give a shit. AT ALL. I'm not a pro heck im not even that good but i have enough awareness i think i should be silver (i know its not much difference) but how is it possible to win if my entire team is just feeding ? Any wasy the real question is how do i absolutely make sure this trolling inting fella gets the perma he deserves ?
