Need A New Ban System.

While I myself received my first chat ban, and it came very fast in my opinion. I'm a bronze player right now but get nothing but flamed and feeders on my team nobody wants to listen to anyone and thinks they can play how ever they want no matter what anyone says. Now I've played LOTS AND LOTS of games where people are dying 10+ times in a 20-30 minute game and when i get out look at their match history and its much of the same. So when does their ban come through ? How do i climb when you keep trolls in the game (most likely who ill be getting my reports from) . I have people who have followed me around the map leaving their lane to only try and steal my jungle farm. I've had people use all of their summoners and ult on nobody, then walk into their full team and die. only to ping me asking where i was and why i didn't help ? I live with the ban i got I I'm off it now but seriously Riot needs to figure their shit out. i'm losing 50% of my games from trolls and full on feeders. the other 50% would be my fault. really really pisses me off
