When will Sona + Taric cheese be patched?

Seriously. I log in to "enjoy" a game of league before bed. Yeah, weird word right?

Well to my surprise I got to experience the Taric + Sona crap from an enemy pre-made(I'm solo). It was beyond toxic, it was beyond cancerous. After a certain point it was laughable even getting picks on one of them because their entire team just ran back until the other respawned. The healing could mean I could almost one shot their jungle then see him literally at full health within a moment.

I now have to permaban sona until this serious oversight is corrected. I don't think I've ever personally dealt with a more busted situation in league over the last 4 years.
