I think this change can lead to more than one sum being used by supports What do yall think, did they bring it down to everyone else's level or is it still the go to support sum

Not sure if this is a troll post or not. I always assumed exhaust held its power in the damage reduction and movement speed slow, but I guess I could be mistaken.

If you took Exhaust because of the AS reduction, then you took Exhaust for the wrong reasons. It's less a dueling tool for bot lane only. If you didn't take it for the flat 40% damage reduction, then you didn't take it to save your ADC from assassins, burst mages, and ADCs like Varus, Jhin, and Miss Fortune (they might sound familiar as the only picks to take bot lane for the last few patches). They removed the two least important aspects of Exhaust.

There was no reason for it to double hit the damage of Marksmen and other pure AA classes.

As a defensive summoner tool, it made no sense for Armor/MR shred to be on there because that makes it an offensive summoner.

tldr; Exhaust was OP, and is fine now imo. I think it'll still be very useful.

Actually I think it's a pretty big nerf for traditional supports. Against certain champions, the attack speed reduction was really helpful. I understand for non-support champions why this is a bit unnecessary/overtooled but I am worried about it on a few levels.
