So i played 4 games tonight with a friend, and out of those 4 games I got S ranking in 3, but not a single chest drop. And yes made sure that ever single champ i played with,

, were able to earn a chest, and yes i made sure I have an available chest to earn.
So is it just me or are other people having this issue, because if so, its not fair to work hard and just be let down

Check your summoner profile and see if you are even able to earn a chest. its right above your ARAM reroll count

I have the same problem but I know the reason why so I will share it with you. Last patch Riot Decided to change getting loot in game, they made it less % of getting it playing in summon rift however in ARAM and TOTR you have high % chance, they fixed getting chest and key from that map.

You are eligible for one chest every 7 days and can store up to four potential chest drops. You can see how many you have available on your summoner tab in game.
You can only receive chests from champions that you own.
You can only receive a chest once per champion per season. So if you already have gotten an S rank with a champion this season you cant get it again. This counts the champion you played that game, so if an ally gets an S and you get a chest it counts the champion you played as getting that chest. You can check which champions have received chests this season by looking at them in you summoner tab.
As far as I know these are the rules, if it is something outside of this then I would like to hear it, I am trying to understand this system too.
