What's up with this queue time? pre-30 unranked

Having an impossible time finding a game atm... queue time says approximately 57 seconds but i've been in it for over 20 minutes with no sign of a game. Yesterday and all the days before since I started playing it has been working fine and I would get a game within 15 seconds, but 20 minutes??? What's the holdup? I'm doing summoner's rift blind pick as always.

Edit: Estimated queue time just spiked from :57 to 1:18, what's going on? Considering how many people play pre-30 it baffles me how it would spike so fast
