Is it true? Is it true what I am hearing? Surrender@20 are saying that, Zoe is getting buffed?
If so, why?
Honestly.
I think she's already overpowered right now and I do not care if Zoe mains want to defend her on this post.
I just do not want her getting buffed.
Getting free summoner spells on her W as well as items and also a Q that can almost one-shot someone without even having one item built I think is already enough.

P.S. I really suggest you watch pros play Zoe, rather than PBE monkey pros playing vs Bronzies. Faker has several videos of him playing Zoe, and he makes playing her look godly, yet never comes out with over 13 kills. In Equal skill games, Zoe's pretty normal. The problem is you don't know how to play vs her/weaknesses yet, and sometimes are vs people more skilled than you.
As for what Surrender's Saying about 7.24 Zoe:
[Changed Effect] cooldown reduction now happens on enemy champion falling asleep.
That's a nerf, because atm, it applies the cooldown on ALL enemies, including minions.
yeah she needs a nerf if anything, zoe is already banned 90% of all matches, if she does get buffed she will get banned every match XD
If she is, the why is because she is very bad at winning games. Like 3rd percentile bad.
A company is not going to have a just released character who is performing so abysmally go untuned.
