These Katarina buffs

Idk about Akali it's still difficult to proc her Q without getting CC'd to death afterwards.

Those Akali buffs are so nice it's rediculous. The only sad part is people will still be dumb and max Q first on her and wonder why she's a viability early game, but that is their problem for not using their brain.

I disagree I was able to CS fine with her.

Her early game is trash, her late game can be horrible if you don't get a decent early game.

Except she is still a heavy liability on any team considering how bad her laning/ roaming is now (and the best way to get ahead is by roaming). These are a good buff though until she hopefully gets updated with akali :D
