By 15 minutes the game is 90-95% decided. Unless you're willing to spend the next 30 minutes trying to farm and not die under tower its 100% decided. Successfully getting out of the game at 15 feels like a win, no 30 minutes of unfun gameplay. I propose that every game with a deficit of more than 2000 gold at 15 auto-surrenders.
Why play then? You clearly show discontent for the game. That's how it works, if a team gets a lead, they can then snowball said lead. That's the point in getting ahead, so you can get more ahead and win.
Not sure what dream world you're living in, but in NA there is always at least one person who refuses to FF at 15.

Surrendering at 15 feels like a win to be honest.
Just last game I took Yi top (for fun , yeah I know, silly me) against and had to torture myself playing against Lissandra top who I couldn't kill using Yi's skillset no matter what, while my team fed Le Blanc mid, Kayn jungle, Pyke supp and Kaisa adc.
Of course they refused to surrender and I had to endure 30 minutes of this painful bullshit.
Had they surrendered at 15 like I asked them to, I wouldn't care at all that enemy team picked insanely broken/unfun to play agianst champs.
