So....About The Client Being Buggy

My chat box, opening messages, getting messages, chat in lobby (might as well say I can't talk until I get in a game and if someone wants to talk to me who is not in my game well - who knows when I'll get/see that msg!). As well as less often the game loading screen, champ select and ban phase on a whole...yeah. Help.
