Viktors W(Gravity Field) Tweak

I have played a lot of Viktor and believe his W could use a buff. Beside his Ult's interrupt, it is his only form of CC. It is also the only spell that causes no damage. I have two ideas that I think will improve Viktor's Utility or CC, they are:

Increased CC: to compensate for a complete lack of damage, reverse the W effects so that it is an instant stun that transitions into a lessening slow. An upgraded W would be an instant drag to the center. and

Increased Utility: reduce the MR and/or Armor of all enemy champions within the field per second. Viktor is a fun champion to play but I feel his W is under balanced. Upvote this to Riot headquarters
