He was reworked to be an adc, when I play him as adc, I get flamed in champ select but normally roll on faces.

for obvious reasons. He can shut down most adcs in a one v one fight, probably one of the few who can straight up rek vayne. However, he sucks in the lane somewhat now due the current adc meta.
You forgot to put 
in your list. He's one of the deadliest AD champs if he's not kept in check early game.

I dunno based on the corki changes wording in the 6.12 patch notes riot may not even consider him an adc anymore. Btw my vote is kog. Sure he shreds everything late game but he is just so hard to protect anymore with his limited mobility and 1 slow.

I actually think, of your list, Kalista is currently in the worst position.
Honestly ADC's are in a pretty good spot right now. Excluding Quinn, Kindred, graves and Varus (because they are better in other positions but still very strong) I would not mind having literally any of those ADC's on my team.
To pick just one of those, I'd have to say Tristan. I don't know what happened but i never see her anymore

ADC is a role/build path/position, not a champion type. So, depending, he can be either or both. Or neither. So the answer really is Urgot.
