And reason is - depending on how game pace changes you can tweak this number and turn him from overbuffed monster into docile good boy. And vice versa.

But since Rito ignoring him for this whole season even though he is almost useless and unplayable i guess i was wrong. 44% winrate for games lasting 25 mins or less. Which is - majority. With overall 48% winrate with 2% pickrate. For champion this SIMPLE it means = unplayable. Hard to find any champion that got hit harder by this change of pace. And rito just keeps pushing it in the direction where Nasus will be even more useless.

What? People not playing him and thats why rito aint bothered? Why the fuck would anyone play such garbage? Many champions got left in the dirt and completely forgotten cuz you wont play them if you actually want to win. Unless you are in extremely favorable matchup you wont pick them. (like if your opponent has inferior skill to your or you countering him hard) And even then you would think twice. Ofc they would then have low pickrate and few would consider buying shit for them.

Compare that to fucking that people just take as first pick no matter what happens. And remember her pre-rework. You would sit and think really hard - am i ready to risk picking her? She could destroy people very hard in late game. But by picking her you would risk severe butt fuck on lane from almost every top laner.

But rito in their genius managed to yet again limit and eliminate any necessity of choice as much as possible.
