The Grading System and the Ranking System

So we all know the struggle of being on a team with an AFK or the struggle of being on a team that just gets a little behind then a player or 2 just gives up right. Well why wouldn't they give up, I am a firm believer that a ranked game should almost never be surrendered, I understand the people that just give up too. When a game starts to just spin out whats the point of trying they are going to get punished just as hard as the guy that went 1/13/2 mid. Does the top that just loses hope but still went a respectable 5/2/5 or the Jungle that got 3 dragons, or the adc and support that have a collective 10/5/15? NO of course not, and why are they. We now have a system that literally grades your individual performance, so why isn't that effecting your LP gain and loss?

if a player is doing their job really well and scores an S or even an A they deserve to snag an extra 5-10 LP or loss 5-10 less if they still did well but lost. At the same time I think if a player scores a D even if they win they should lose 5 -10 more or get 5-10 less, Just saying this about D rank because out of the like 300 games I have played since it came out I have not had a single D rank even in games I did insanely bad in so if you get one you deserve the punishment.

To me this system just makes sense. Think about how just by doing this you almost eliminate people giving up in a game, because if they are reward for their Individual effort along with team(being the win) effort then they wont stop trying they will keep the steam running up until the end just in the hope of doing there best so even if the game doesn't pull out as a win it doesn't hurt them as much. I cant Garen-tee this, but I bet it would also cut down on ragers .

Now I know wont this just make an environment where people are more concerned about their score? I don't think so because from my experience your Grade is not linked directly to your score unless you are ADC and if you are playing super safe and paying a lot of attention to your position as an ADC well that's good for everyone. I have found that the scores for all the roles are dictated by how well you did in fulfilling those specific roles. I have scored S ranks on supports where I have a lot of deaths from protecting the adc, but I also warded a lot and scored an okay amount of assists. I have also scored S ranks on jungles where my score was just kinda mediocre like 3/2/4, but I got 3 or more Dragons and maybe a Baron. Hell I even Scored an A+ rank on singed going 1/16/11 but I took 6 turrets and 2 inhibits. Also if you are doing well on an individual level it will help the team. I recently had a ranked game where our whole team did very well, but the other team just did a little better. It was a wonderfully fun game that was very back and for and was decided by one team fight in the very end that Both teams could have felt good about, but in the end we lost and were still punished hard for it. I believe the end scores in that game where like 15/17/24 to 17/15/22 and it was 45 minute game.

So RITO PLS, add in a weight for the Grading system in ranked. IT will improve the community and improve the ranked experience in General.
