Too consistently no items

I just played my 5 placements and it feels off. I got without fail in all 5 games 1 gold < 2 gold < one item. in some random order from the start minions, additionally I am not seeing entire factions in my champion pools throughout the 5 games. I never saw a phantom (Mord, Karthus, Kindred) in 5 games. 95% of what I am seeing is just wild + shapeshifter. Is this a bug or have occurrence rates just been adjusted to make this the base game?

Unrelated balance complaint. Cursed blade is too good, every 1st 2nd and 3rd place position had both a cursed blade and a Lulu in all 5 games I played including the only one I got first in I had a cursed blade + Lulu.

I don't even want to get to the first point, since I got 1 gold a gazillion games in a row for a game mode that is heavily impacted by the amount/ quality of the items equipped on champs. Like here's a gold! Now bash your enemies in the head with it! BAM! THUMP! CHSSSSHHH!

... Now related to Cursed Blade. It's carrying you when you get a hypercarry comp(slingers/ rangers/ blademasters/ wild/rageblade heavy) that can procc it as often and as fast as possible. Other than that, don't expect to get top 4 just because you made few of those. It's good, but not "too good". So, maybe lowering the chance as the attack speed increases should give a fair chance to other comps to make use of it and not let hypercarries abuse it and give the feeling it's too good.
