Pantheon's stun is SO gimmicky and bad

I just feel like it cancels 0 animations.

Some examples: If pantheon casts W on Alistar, Ali is able to w and q you without even taking damage or being stunned even though his headbutt animation requires Ali to physically make contact. This occurs 100% of the time whether pantheon casts first or not

You can hear the thump sound and physically land on vayne so she's stunned, but if she queued condemn you will get knocked away. Caitlyn net same thing

I've never seen it, but based on how chamipons interact with pantheon's w, I bet a properly timed fling from singed would cancel pantheon.

Champs with ports like ez and le blanc are almost instant cast and they're teleporting so it makes way more sense that they can escape

All stuns in the game cancel O animations. This is most obvious with skills with long cast animations such as Ez and Lux R. The only way to cancel an enemy's animation is to kill them before the skill goes off.

Pantheon's stun is well telegraphed, so plenty of time to use a skill before the stun actually lands.

It is an odd stun, but I think the sound doesn't line up with the actual stun. Then also he can be interrupted at any time kind of like Vi ult where she becomes unstoppable in the duration. But its a short cooldown ability versus an ultimate.

Actually Pant's stun follow all typical game rules:

it will break all channels, but no ordinary abilities, like all stuns do
it can be broken itself by displacement abilities like all dashes do

What you written about Lux and Ez ult being 'special cases' is false. You can't break them them, because you can only break channels and dashes in LoL, and those ult's are neither.

Only weird thing about it is how he will still land where his enemy was when he casted, even if they move.

Mmk animation was definitely the wrong word. just dashes and channels. So I'm curious, can pantheon stun alistar during headbutt and not be knocked back? I just think this whole sequence is gimmicky.
