Trying to improve and need some help.

I need some help with my League gameplay. I'm on a rather annoying losing streak lately and I'm not sure if I am doing something wrong with the way I play or if it is a combination of other factors. Of course, those I am teamed with are quick to blame me for everything. So, that's not much help.

Would anyone be nice enough to play a few games with me and tell me if I'm in the wrong and give me some advice? If your intent is to tell me "u suck" or "kill yourself," do not bother. I report jerk behavior. I'm honestly trying to improve to avoid that sort of thing.
