Questions about the placement games

Is the placements based on your performance, or your teams? Because I have gotten some really bad teams (feeders, trolls, top laners who don't push their lane/take towers) and I was hoping its based off your performance, because I've only done bad in 2 games (1-10 yasuo game, and a 4-7-6 Lee sin game.) If someone could get back to me real fast, that would be great, as I do not want to climb out of bronze again if it's based off your teams performance, and not your own. 2-6 in placements as of 4:42 PM CSt, 1-21-16

Thats absolutely stupid then, because if you do good, and your team does crappy, then you're screwed

That may be true sometimes, but remember that league is a team game. Half of the ranking system should be reflective not just of personal skill but of personal ability to work with a team.

The placement games place you on a variety of factors. However the main indicators are: Win/Loss KDA CS Team KDA Team Gold Difference

Basically yes you are reliant on your team but if you personally play well, you wont be placed as low as someone who also loses but plays poorly. I recommend waiting until dynamic queue comes back up and grabbing a few friends who you trust to play with you to get rid of the feeder problem. :)
