Players who tell you to kill yourself post game

I just hate the people who get so salty post game, that they tell you to kill yourself. I just had a guy who was super toxic towards his adc (skype call yelling at me about his adc) and he then abused me after game, calling me trash. Sure, I fired back at him, because I was salty about losing. But he then tells me to kill myself, because his full ap Blitzcrank did more damage than AD Fizz top lane. I bought more wards, took more towers, secured more dragons, and was not as toxic/rude toxic in chat, but he was. The people who tell other players to kill themselves should be permabanned and blocked by their IP address, because that is just not respectful. Sure, I get toxic and rant about stuff in game, but I add the person I was toxic to after the game and apologize. I try my best to apologize to my team if I get salty, but the killing yourself thing is the most disgusting thing I've ever seen. I'm tired of it appearing in game, post game, and in champ select. Can Riot do something about this?

There is another one as well: Get cancer. I am not sure what the rationale behind that is but it is extremely sickening to see someone say that in game. I was playing a bot game on a new account Level 6 ish to help a friend learn the game and this Yi from top lane just went all out sick on the poor girl. She is new and learning so if she died then tell her what she did wrong OR just don't interact w/ her. Its a bot game and she is in mid lane going about her own business smh.

He gets upset and starts raging starting w/ get cancer, I hope your mother gets cancer and goes on and on.

Needless to say, he got reported by the rest of the 4 people in game but it is sickening to see people get that toxic and negative (esp. in a freakin' bot game) to wish cancer on someone or to tell them to go kill themselves.

Nope. You will never eliminate toxicity in an anonymous medium except by going hardcore Police State Mode and slamming the banhammer down on anything and everything you think is out of line. Humans are disgusting things, my friend, and there will always be people like that guy. It's awful, but it's humanity.

had a trundle yesterday who teleported away to splitpush from a teamfight we barely it lost without him. Their irelia and master yi were extremely low health and kept pushing because they saw the only one left alive was pushing their base. with less than a quarter health each they took our inibitor tower, inhibitor, both nexus turrets, and the nexus because trundle refused to back... trundle then proceeded to tell our team that he hoped we would get raped irl... good stuff...

Why is this guy getting downvotes? Lol the ip ban is a little too extreme but still, I agree there should be a higher punishment
