How is ranked even enjoyable at this point?

Why is that there's a Twitch/Vayne/Tristana ADC, Janna/Sona/Soraka supp and Maokai/Cho'gath/Rammus in EVERY SINGLE soloQ game of mine as long as they survive the banning phase? Like this is only pat 5 elo not high challenger and everyone is exclusively playing S tier champs. Why does riot insist to force the meta around tanks and ADCs? Why should the S tier champ list be almost unchanged for the vast majority of the season? Why does riot consistently buff tank/utility items and give tanks ridiculous base damage? Meanwhile hasn't been touched since his highlander and base AD nerfs because he's "toxic for lower elos".

Does anyone have hope for preseason 8?

Past gold playing ranked is pointless in general, you don't get any benefit out of it,maybe a pretier border if you care about those. Aside from that ,this meta is the shitiest one since feral flare meta.

Thats because Riot thinks that having a system in which, for example, every champion is equal in terms of having almost the same impact on the game, is wrong, Go argue with that :/

Here's an example of a healthly system of balance:

Every champion has 10,000 Points to be used on, and every champion should be left with no more than a 1,000 when he is complete. Points are reduced based on a factors like Stats, Range, Dashes, CC, Damage Scalings etc. and each factor deduce a certain amount of points, how they calculate what is more important and how many points are reduced per one point of Damage or passive effects for example, is what they need to figure out with a hard work. but they will never do it, as its a hard and very long road to start walking on, and that's a shame (But I don't blame Riotas it is the hardest thing to do, but the most satisfying when put up correctly
