What champs can dash though dashes?

I'm always surprised when I play a champ that has a dash cc ability and the enemy negates it with their dash. For instance yasuo can dash through hecarim's charge, and ahri can dash through gragas's completely negating damage and the effect. Is this intended? What other champ interactions do this?

I'm not sure, but I think it's because yasuo is coded to ignore collisions whilst he is sliding through a minion. Ahri I have no idea. I saw a VI knock lee out of the air with her Q, I don't know about others.
